What people usually ask.
I already do this with ChatGPT. What changes?
With ChatGPT you get loose answers. With Is2Be, a complete route where each deliverable feeds the next, with quality criteria and traceability end to end.
Why is it called Is2Be?
In process consulting, the as-is is where you start and the to-be is where you want to get to. Sometimes the starting point is a process or system that already exists; other times it is just a need or an idea, and the method starts by understanding it well. Is2Be is the path between the two. It reads "is to be".
I'm not technical. Can I use it?
Yes. It connects to the AI you already use with a key; nothing technical to install, no prompts to write.
Which AI does it work with?
Any of them: if it has no direct connection, you copy each step from your client area. Confirmed direct connection with Claude (web and Code), ChatGPT, Copilot (VS Code), Cursor, OpenCode, Codex CLI and IBM Bob.
What if the AI makes things up?
The method requires citing the source of every claim and marking anything unchecked as an assumption. And you approve every step.
Is my data safe?
The service only ever gets your key and which step you ask for, never your project's data: what you write and what the AI produces stays in your own environment, under your own data policy.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes: the service delivers each step the moment your AI asks for it. Without a connection, there are no new steps.
Does it work with my company AI?
If your company allows outbound HTTPS connections to external services (the usual case after a corporate security review), yes. If your corporate AI blocks external connectors, ask your IT team to allow it; in the meantime, the universal fallback (copy and paste each step) works just the same.
How many people can use one key?
One per seat: on Teams and Enterprise, each person connects their own AI with their own key.
Can I use it on projects for my clients?
Yes, commercial use is included. What is not allowed is reselling or redistributing the kit.
What happens if Is2Be shuts down?
If we ever decide to stop operating the service, we'll notify anyone with an active licence at least 90 days in advance and make a downloadable copy of the content you were entitled to available, so you can keep using it without the service.
