What exactly do I get?
A key to connect your AI to the kit (your AI asks for each step as it goes, nothing to install), plus a project template, the user guide and the reference material.
What happens if I stop renewing the annual plan?
You keep the right to use the last version you received. What you stop renewing is access to later versions.
Can I change how I pay?
Yes. From monthly to annual, at any time. From annual to monthly, at renewal. If you bought the one-off payment, when a new version comes out we send you a personal code to move to the annual plan for your product or the Pack with 40% off the first year: it can be used once and is valid for 90 days.
What counts as a fix and what as a new version?
A fix corrects typos or faults in what you already bought (1.0 → 1.0.1) and reaches every plan, including the one-off payment. A new version adds steps, formats or platforms (1.0 → 1.1) and reaches the monthly and annual plans.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, during the 14 days after the first payment.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, with your company details and your country's VAT.
