What data we process and why

• Contact form: your name, email, company (if you give it), what you are interested in and your message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form.
• Purchase: name, email, country, billing details (and your VAT number if you buy as a business), plan, amount and dates. We use them to charge you, give you access, issue the invoice and handle refunds. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with tax obligations. We neither see nor store your card details: Stripe processes them.
• Licence and keys: the buyer’s email, the plan, the seats and the licence dates, and one key per seat, which we store only in irreversibly hashed form. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Use of the connection service: for every request, which licence and seat made it, which step of the method was requested, when, and from which IP address. We use it to provide the service, to protect the content from misuse (for example, to alert us if one key requests an abnormal number of steps) and to handle incidents. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We never receive the contents of your projects or of your conversations with your AI: only which step you ask for.
• Service emails: we write to you to deliver your key, to notify you of changes to your licence and to answer your enquiries.
• Browsing: the website uses no advertising or analytics cookies (see Cookies). The hosting provider logs technical data about visits, such as the IP address, to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Who we share it with

With the providers that make the service work, acting as processors (except Stripe, which is also an independent controller of payment data):

• Stripe: payments, subscriptions and invoices.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website and the connection service and stores licences and usage logs.
• Resend: sends the service emails.
• GitHub: automates the delivery of the licence after payment.
• Formspree: receives the contact form messages.

We do not sell or give your data to third parties. Some of these providers are in the United States or may process data there; they do so under the safeguards European law requires (for example, standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: while the conversation lasts and, at most, one year after the last reply, unless it becomes a commercial relationship.
• Purchase data and invoices: as long as tax and commercial law require, up to six years.
• Licence and keys: while the licence is valid and as long as needed to handle claims.
• Service usage log: while the licence lasts and up to 12 months after it ends.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The kit and your AI

The connection service delivers the method’s instructions to you, step by step. What you write to your AI and what it produces with them does not go through Is2Be: it is processed by the AI provider you choose, under its terms and your own data policy. If you work with confidential information, check those terms before using it.
