Terms of sale and use.
What you buy, how payment and cancellation work, and how you may use the Is2Be kits.
1. Who sells
The seller is Daynel Díaz Polo, self-employed, tax ID (NIF) 03540154V, address: Avenida Camino del Pozo 374, 19170 El Casar (Guadalajara), España (“Is2Be”). Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern buying and using Is2Be; the specific licence you receive when you buy completes them, and the owner’s details are in the Legal notice.
2. What you buy
You buy a licence to use the Evidence-First (process) or Spec-First (software) methodology kits, or the Pack that includes both. The kit is not downloaded: you access it by connecting your AI to Is2Be’s service with a key, or from the customer area. The connection guide explains how. Pilot and enterprise editions are agreed in writing and governed by their own licence.
3. Plans
- Monthly: access while the plan is active, with new versions.
- Annual: access for one year, with new versions. It costs the price of 10 months. You keep the right to keep using the latest version you received even if you do not renew; what you do not renew is access to later versions.
- One-time: unlimited-time use of the version current at purchase, with its fixes (bugs and typos). It does not include new versions. It costs the price of 12 months.
- Teams: one key per seat; each person who uses the kit counts as one seat.
A “new version” is one that changes the first or second number of the version (for example, 1.0 to 1.1); a “fix”, one that changes the third (1.0.1). Fixes reach all plans. In case of doubt, Is2Be decides. Current prices and plans are on Pricing.
4. Price, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT; the final amount, with the tax that applies in your country, is shown before you pay. If you buy as a business in another EU country, you can enter your VAT number and the reverse charge will apply where relevant. Payment is by card through Stripe. You receive the invoice by email.
5. Renewal and cancellation
The monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at your plan’s current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal (the link is in the emails we send you): it is cancelled at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and notifies you; if it stays unpaid, access may be suspended.
6. Refund
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. It is explained under Refunds.
7. Keys and permitted use
- Each key is personal and non-transferable and belongs to one seat. Do not share it with anyone who is not that seat.
- Without written authorisation you may not: redistribute, publish, sell, rent or sublicense the kit or any part of it; copy its contents to offer them as your own or under another brand; or use it to train AI models that are distributed or sold.
- The deliverables you create with the kit in your projects are yours (or belong to whoever they should under your own agreements).
- Is2Be logs which step is requested with each key, to provide the service and detect abuse (see Privacy). Use far above that of one person may alert us and lead us to contact you.
- Is2Be may suspend or revoke a key if these conditions are breached, if a payment is missed or if a refund is requested.
8. Service availability
The service is provided online and needs an internet connection. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruption: there may be stops for maintenance, supplier failures or problems with your AI. If your AI does not support the direct connection, you can use the customer area and copy the steps by hand.
If we decide to stop operating the service, we will give at least 90 days’ notice to anyone with an active licence at that time, and within that period we will make available a downloadable copy of your edition’s content, in the version you were entitled to under your plan. After that period, if you have not downloaded it, we are not obliged to keep it or make it available again.
9. AI and liability
The kit guides an AI assistant, and the results an AI produces may contain errors. Review and validate what it generates before using it; you are responsible for the decisions you make with it. The kit is provided without any guarantee of a specific result. To the extent the law allows, Is2Be is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months. This does not limit the rights the law gives consumers.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the new version applies to later purchases and to renewals after notifying you. The current version is the one published on this page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also protect you, and you may go to the courts of your home. In other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Is2Be’s place of residence, unless the law provides otherwise.
