Discovery plan and source register

Decides which evidence sources to use, with whom and in what order, and creates the register that gives each piece of evidence an ID.

When to use it

At the start of Phase 2, once the charter is approved.

It’s working if

  • It cross-checks at least one human source against a document or data source.
  • Every source has an ID ([ENT-nn], [DOC-nn], [LOG-nn]…) and a status.
  • It says how data is anonymized before it reaches the AI.
