E2E tests
They walk through a critical user flow end to end against a real environment, on web, mobile or desktop, with any framework.

When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”When a flow is complete, with backend and frontend integrated.
It’s working if
Section titled “It’s working if”- They only cover critical flows, not every screen.
- They use robust selectors and a reusable login.
- They leave diagnostic artifacts when they fail.
- On mobile, they run on the test plan’s device matrix, from a clean install.
